This study aims to examine whether the attitudes towards distance education have a mediating role in effect of academicians’ digital literacy levels on their satisfaction with during COVID-19 pandemic. The data were collected from 341 academicians who teach courses at Inonu University. which is dependent variable study, consisted two factors. These factors are teaching course and infrastructure.
